Hi there, I've been baking sourdough bread for about 8 years. I've tried a wide variety of methods and recipes. When I saw this book, I decided I had to give it a try. In the past, I've made pancakes, English muffins, focaccia and boule (weekly) with my sourdough starter. I'm excited to start another Mother and give some of these recipes a try.
I live in a small (teeny) town in western Montana where I work part time, garden, bake, knit, raft, hike and enjoy my grandbabies. |
