Hello, I am so excited about being a part of Mary Jane's Chat world! I have been following Mary Jane for years when I bought her first book! Love her Magazines and when I found her books Wild Bread and Cast Iron Cooking, I bought them both and LOVE them!
I am all about living a healthy homemade life here in the Beautiful California Gold Country. This is my first try at bread making and appreciate the help.

Welcome Cathleen from northeast Texas. I'm going on my second month of counter mother and making batter bread.

What part of our beautiful California gold country are you in? I'm located outside of Yosemite. Isn't the gold country wonderful!
