Just a note to say thanks so much for the chatroom...what a great way to ask questions and get the answers we need. Thanks too for all the time & testing that went into creating the book for us! I was a cookbook editor for 15 years and I know it can be a struggle perfecting recipes then making sure the instructions are clear.

I've only made a few of the Advanced recipes...can't wait to try more!
