Good morning! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! Brian and I took our girls on a day trip to a nearby state park. It was a little chilly, but Alina found out there were polliwogs in the water and had to suit up to catch a few. We also took a bit of a hike and fished for a little bit. The girls got a couple nibbles, but no fish. Nevertheless, we had a blast.
Looks like it might be finally warming up, and I think it might get close to 90 today. Our garden will appreciate the heat. My corn is nowhere near knee-high. On the other hand, my cabbages and broccoli have been flourishing in the cooler temps.
